Shake off the shackles of winter with Spring Into Health! The last few years have been taxing to say the least and we are all feeling the impact of these stressful times. We feel worn down and exhausted, desperately looking for a way to get back to "normal." What if we told you you could be better than your "normal." That you could find joy and healing within your self! That you didn't have to do it alone but with a supportive sisterhood who has your back. This workshop can bring you all these things and more!
Spring Into Health is a transformative journey to a version of yourself you haven't experienced in years, if ever! Over the course of twelve weeks you will learn so much about your body, mind and spirit. Yogi Cheryl Murman and Health Coach Amanda Dillard have put their whole hearts into this program that will bring you back to your authentic self. They are offering a path to empowerment and self discovery.
Each week this dynamic duo will offer invaluable information on the care and maintenance of your physical body and your inner soul. Amanda will guide you through the maze of food choices, give you advice for treating yourself with grace, supply you with recipes and let you know which herbs are best for nutrition. Cheryl will bring out the joy of movement in each of us, lead us in invaluable breath work and impart the importance of true self care.
You will receive weekly journal pages, Vlogs, PDFs, worksheets and unlimited access to paywall protected content and a private Facebook group for support. Periodically the sisterhood will meet in person (if you live far away we will zoom you in) to share our thoughts and feelings and more. For example, during the first in person event on March 5th, each participant will create a personalized an Intention Jar which will hold all of her hopes for the entirety of the workshop. This activity will be fun, informative, and supportive just like this whole experience. We hope you will join us on this revealing path to holistic healing!!

This 12-Week Workshop begins on March 1st and concludes on May 28th.
Your level of commitment is totally up to you. The more you put into the workshop the more you'll get out. You will have weekly journal pages that will help you track your transformation, log your food and movement as well. But we won't be checking them like homework. The majority of this workshop is digital with a very few in person events allowing you to participate according to your schedule. Remember if you cant attend the 4 in-person sessions we will be able to Zoom you in!
Absolutely not! This is not a diet program. We will give you recipes and food journals but we are focused health not scales.
Yes! The vast majority of this workshop is conducted online. Any in person events can be zoomed for your ease of participation.
