Tuesday: Classes 5:45pm - 7:45 pm. Private sessions by appointment.

Thursday: Class 6:15pm - 7:30pm. Private sessions by appointment.
Friday: Classes 8:45am - 10:30am. Private sessions by appointment.
Saturday: Morning Workshops & Events as scheduled.
