Join us on July 8th at 9am as we learn all about balance and the muscles that keep up right and stable. In this class, you will learn the intricate play of muscles that make up your favorite yoga poses. Cheryl will also teach us the ins and outs of how balance works in our bodies, the best ways to improve balance and handy tips to keep us balanced all through our our daily lives. Bring a journal and pen for notes. You'll definitely be hearing things you want to remember!
